Name change completed for Organic Resource Management

WOODBRIDGE, ONT-Organic Resource Management (ORM) has completed its name change from National Challenge Systems, vertically amalgamating its largest wholly-owned subsidiary as of June 30, 2007 and continuing operations under that name. The firm's board of directors approved the decision because it simplified the corporate structure and gave ORM a name that better reflects its core business, i.e. the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and management of organic and other non-hazardous liquid residuals. ORM serves more than 8,000 commercial, industrial, institutional and residential customers in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. Concurrent with the amalgamation, Robert Bandeen resigned as a director and chairman of the board of National Challenge Systems, a position he had held since June 1998. More information is available on the company's Web site, www.ormi.com.
