National Challenge Systems becomes Organic Waste Management

WOODBRIDGE, ONT-National Challenge Systems (NCS) has announced its intention to change its name to that of its largest wholly-owned subsidiary, Organic Resource Management (ORM). The change is subject to regulatory approval and will reflect the vertical amalgamation of ORM into NCS, effective June 30, 2007. The decision, which was approved by the company's board of directors, will give the firm a name that better reflects its core business, namely the provision of vacuum truck services for the collection, treatment and disposal of organic and other non-hazardous liquid waste. It will also simplify NCS's corporate structure. NCS serves more than 8,000 commercial, industrial, institutional and residential customers in Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. More information is available on the NCS Web site, www.nationalchallenge.com.
