The impacts of Ontario's Bill 133 and the province's new air regulation, as well as Canada's implementation of the Kyoto Protocol, electronic products stewardship and trends in environmental litigation are among the timely and thought-provoking topics to be covered at the EcoLog Group's second annual Year in Review conference, to be held November 30, 2005 at the Westin Prince Hotel, Toronto.

Presented in partnership with Gowlings Lafleur Henderson LLP, the event will feature leading legal, government and industry experts as speakers, among them David Estrin, Canada's senior environmental law practitioner; Richard Arseneault, from the Environment and Sustainable Development branch of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada; consultant John Nicholson; Tammy Lomas-Jylha, an environmental industry specialist with the Ontario Centre for Environmental Technology Advancement (OCETA); and Gowlings partners Harry Dahme, Paul Granda and Katherine van Rensburg.
