IndustryNetworking.ca offers simple, effective way to evaluate new products, services
COCHRANE, ALTA-The first in a newly-launched series of business-to-business networking events will be held February 9, 2005 at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel in Surrey, British Columbia. Arnie Gess, president of Falcon Ridge Group, in Cochrane, and Lee Baker, president of Expo Management, in Toronto, have created IndustryNetworking.ca (www.industrynetworking.ca)
as a new way for industry vendors and buyers to meet in simple, low-cost, high-result meeting forums-called Networking Days-across Canada. The scope of this initiative could potentially include environment and environment-related associations. "We are currently working on establishing many other Networking Days (not just Industrial) across the country while partnering with a wide variety of industry associations, trade publications and other private companies," notes Gess. The joint venture combines the two principals' respective experience in trade magazine publishing and conference and tradeshow management. "Our unique approach with the innovative Vendor Forums (30-minute product and service presentations) gives the industrial buyers an opportunity to maximize their valuable time evaluating innovative products and services in the industry," says Baker.
